And In Re : Mekail Sk. @ Barobabu ..... petitioner Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain .... for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Avik Ghatak ... for the State Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the injury suffered is grievous in nature and considering the fact that the petitioner is the person who dealt with the blow as prima facie appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1093 of 2022 is dismissed.
