This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of five pending applications in Title Suit No.132 of 2019, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South).

The petitioners submit that the said applications have been pending for a while and objections have not been filed in respect of some of the applications as yet. The records reveal that some of the applications have been filed in 2017 and others in 2018 and 2019. The pending applications and their status have been depicted in paragraph 18 of the revisional application.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of without going into the merits and the contentions of the parties either in the applications or in the suit, by directing the learned court below to expedite the disposal of the pending applications upon allowing the

parties to file their respective written objections and contest the proceedings. These applications shall be disposed of preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed. Upon disposal of the said applications, the learned court below shall make serious endeavour to dispose of the title suit expeditiously.

The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and on the merits of the applications as also the suit, independently.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and/or their learned advocate appearing in the learned court below immediately. The revisional application is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
