Mr. Bag, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition final adjudication order has been passed which is an appealable order and he wants to pursue against the same before the statutory Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

Considering his such prayer, this writ petition being WPA 4047 of 2023 is disposed of without passing any order except granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue its remedy before the statutory Appellate Authority in accordance with law.
