Perused the police report. The police authorities have successfully reinstated the petitioner and her husband in their premises at 24, Fakir Chakraborty Lane under Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Two rooms on the first floor have been taken possession of by the petitioner, as per the police report. The police report is taken on record. The police will ensure that the senior citizens reside in the premises peacefully without being harassed. The other allegation with regard to the status of the son to remain in the premises, cannot be decided by this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court, for adjudication of such issue.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
