Majumder ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.161 of 2013 of learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court, at Alipore, South 24 Parganas is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. As per submission disclosed by the learned advocate for the petitioner that there is no interlocutory application pending, and because of the absence of the regular Presiding Officer in respect of learned Additional District Judge, 8th Court, Alipore the Matrimonial Suit is getting delayed.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary. Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge remaining in Charge of 8th Court, Alipore, in Matrimonial Suit No.161 of 2013 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending suit, subject to his convenience and suitability, providing

sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and opposite party.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
