Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that all documents including 'No Objection' certificate have been sent to the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal and the same is pending for decision.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties and perused the materials on record.

Accordingly, I direct the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal to take a decision on the petitioner's application for General Transfer on Special Grounds within a period of eight weeks from date. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
