The instant revisional application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 19-09-2013 passed in connection with Misc. Case No.20 of 2013 by the learned trial Court. 2.

It appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2014. It further appears that the present petitioners have lost interest to proceed further with the present revisional application and as such, there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO 149 of 2014 is hereby dismissed for default.

Consequently, the other applications, if any, are also dismissed. Stay order, if any, stands vacated. 4.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
