It is not in dispute that pursuant to an order dated February 19, 2024, the petitioners visited Sandeshkhali Gram Panchayat-II.

Mr. Datta, learned Advocate General informs this Court that from February 8, 2024 to February 24, 2024 about 19 criminal cases have been registered before the Sandeshkhali police station.

I do not find any justification to keep this writ petition pending any further.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this writ petition, WPA 4078 of 2024 is disposed of.
