This Court has carefully considered the successive reports filed by the Md. Bazar Police Station, Birbhum dated 20.02.2022, 07.03.2022 and 13.06.2022. The reports are extracted from the case diary. No material or evidence against the petitioner is mentioned.

Most of the findings of the Police are against the other persons. There is no clear evidence of involvement of the writ petitioner in the offences mentioned in the FIR. The writ petitioner shall stand discharged from the FIR.

It is, therefore, ordered that investigation into FIR No. 52 of 2022 be completed within a period of three months from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
