The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 336 of 2003 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat.

It appears that the suit is pending since 2003 for about twenty two years.

It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is for partition and a preliminary decree has already been passed.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

5. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
