The writ petitioner is aggrieved by a show-cause notice dated 21st February 2022 issued by the competent authority under West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act 1972.

After hearing all the parties, this Court is of the view that the challenge is rather premature. The writ petitioner may submit a suitable reply to the show-cause notice within a period of three days from date. The competent authority shall hear the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The private respondent shall supply a copy of the complaint to the writ petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
