Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Investigation reveals complicity of the petitioners with foreign nationals in illegally transporting narcotics across international border. Petitioners were not available during investigation and could not be interrogated.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances we are of the opinion custodial interrogation during further investigation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
