Report reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerheads. Accordingly, two criminal cases were registered. The first one being the Dholahat P.S. Case No. 489 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019 wherein the chargesheet was submitted. There was another case which was against the present petitioner being Dholahat P.S. Case No. 496 of 2019 dated 27.12.2019. The said case is still under investigation as is reflected from the report dated 24.02.2020.

In view of the criminal case being registered at the behest of the petitioner's wife and also a case at the behest of the private respondents, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum being the Civil Court or the Criminal Court (jurisdictional) for seeking remedies which have been prayed for in the writ petition.

This Court at this belated stage will not interfere with the prayers advanced.

With the above observations, WPA 3120 of 2020 stands disposed of.
