Mr Saidur Rahaman, learned advocate for appellants-claimants files downloaded copy of order dated 5th January 2023 and indicates that there is mistake in the number of the appeal. Such downloaded copy of the aforesaid order is taken on record.

Upon going through the records, it is found that corrected order of the said date is in the case file with signature of the Presiding Judge, however, an uncorrected order of the similar date has been uploaded in the Website. Accordingly, concerned Assistant Registrar (Court) is directed to take appropriate steps forthwith for uploading the corrected order of 5th January, 2023 in the Official Website of this Hon'ble Court.

Mrs Sucharita Paul, learned advocate for respondent no.1-insurance company submits that

since there was mistake in the number of the appeal, the order of the court could not be complied within the stipulated period and she seeks extension of time for complying the order of the court. In the aforesaid backdrop, the time limit for complying order dated 5th January, 2023 by the insurance company is extended for another period of four weeks from date.
