The writ petitioner participated in the selection process to the post of Assistant Teacher in schools managed by the West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited. The petitioner claims to have participated in the said selection process and has raised grievances against other candidates.

This Court is of the view that the writ application is premature since no final decision has yet been taken by the corporation as to who is to be appointed in the post of Assistant Teacher for work education for which the petitioner claims to have participated. The petitioner may agitate the cause of action, if any, after any decision is taken by the respondents. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
