Learned advocate also submits that four witnesses have been examined out of the 22 witnesses cited by the prosecution.

Learned advocate again submits that substantial time would be consumed in completing the trial, as such, he prays that on any stringent condition the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that six witnesses have been examined till date out of the 22 witnesses cited.

The attention of the court has been drawn to the medicolegal examination report of the victim. Having considered the materials which are appearing against the present petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

However, the learned trial court would expedite the process regarding evidence of this case.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 504 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
