Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 3131 of 2020 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal their grievance. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
