Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representations with the police authorities dated 02.12.2024 were not considered.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Patuli PS Case No. 92 dated 28.02.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 & 5 is present.

Having considered that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 4113 of 2025 is disposed of.

Needless to state that since no affidavit has been called for from the respondents the accusations made in the writ petition is deemed not to have been admitted.
