Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in respect of this writ petition has been redressed by the State. However, regarding his other grievances on the question of overdrawal and other pensionary benefits, the petitioner has narrated in the connected application filed by him being CAN 1 of 2020. Thus there remains no cause of action to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
The writ petition being W.P. 3136 (W) 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
