Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the complaint to the police dated March 28, 2019 discloses commission of cognizable offence. The police are inactive. Learned advocate for the State submits that the complaint of the petitioner prior to March 28, 2019 was registered as an FIR and that on conclusion of investigation, a charge sheet was submitted. The complaint dated March 28, 2019 does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence.

Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Reading the complaint dated March 28, 2019, I agree with the contention of the learned advocate for the State. The complaint dated March 28, 2019 does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. The complaint relates to the civil

disputes between the private parties with regard to an immovable property.

In such circumstances, interference of a writ court is not called for.

WP. 3137(W) of 2020 is disposed of without any order as costs.
