Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Learned Advocate for the petitioners, at the inception, submits that she do not intend to pursue with the present revisional application and, would prefer the same after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. Accordingly, CRR 593 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C.

The department is directed to return the certified copy to the Advocate-on-record and the same being replaced by the Photostat copy.
