It is the contention of the de facto complainant that, the petitioner used to continuously threaten the victim that the future husband of the victim will be informed about the affair. Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
