04.01.2021 Ct. 30 Sl.1 KS CRA 424 of 1988 + IA No. CRAN 1/2019 (Old No. CRAN 394 of 2019) Aziz Ansary -Vs.- The State of West Bengal (Via Video Conference) Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Manisha Sharma .....For the State In compliance of this Court's order dated 17.12.2020 it has been reported by the Superintendent, Purulia District Correctional Home by his communication to learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) dated 21.12.2020 that the UTP Aziz Ansary S/o Ajmu @ Bhutu Ansary was transferred to Bankura District Correctional Home on 25.12.2019 for better treatment and management at Bankura Sammilani Medical College and Hospital as per advice of the on duty Medical Officer, Purulia Govt. Medical College & Hospital (Deben Mahato Sadar Hospital, Purulia). An R.T. Message was received from the Bankura D.C.H. vide Signal No.66/AB dated 05/01/20 regarding transfer of the patient prisoner Aziz Ansary to Presidency Correctional Home but the office

of the Purulia District Correctional Home has not received any information about demise of the said UTP Aziz Ansary s/o Ajmu @ Bhutu Ansary from concerned Correctional Home except telephonic communication on 15.12.2020. Let the report be kept on record.

In view of the fact that the UTP undergoing sentence has expired, the case be filed for ever.

Thus CRA 424 of 1988 is disposed of and connected application being, IA No. CRAN 1/2019 (Old No. CRAN 394 of 2019) is also disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
