We have considered the materials on record. Investigation reveals involvement of the petitioner in trafficking narcotics above commercial quantity across international border in collusion with foreign nationals. Petitioner evaded notice and did not cooperate with investigation.

In view of nature of crime and the petitioner's conduct, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. 4.
