It appears that the writ petition was filed by as many as nine petitioners by depositing only one court fee. Leave to withdraw the writ petition is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand only) to be deposited by the petitioners within 22nd April, 2022 in the office of the State Legal Service Authority.

It is made clear that in the event the aforesaid costs is not paid within the time as mentioned herein above, the petitioners will lose their chance to file any fresh writ application in future on the selfsame cause of action. The respondent authorities are directed not to consider the prayer of the petitioners for appointment till

the costs is deposited by the petitioners as indicated hereinabove.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
