The writ petition was taken up for consideration on 9th January, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioner which led this Court to adjourn the matter in order to grant opportunity to the petitioner to be represented before the Court. Subsequently, matter was taken up for consideration on 30th January, when accommodation was prayed for on the ground of the learned advocate representing the petitioner. Acceding to such request matter was again adjourned and was fixed for hearing today, 8th February, 2023.

Today Mr. Lahiri, learned advocate appears for the petitioner and again prays for accommodation to obtain instruction.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
