W.P.A. 4716 of 2021 (Cheedan Mandal vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) Ms. Papiya Chattopadhyay ....For the Petitioner Mr. Pinaki Dhole .... For the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-furnishing of the land loser certificate from the State authorities. Mr. Dhole learned advocate appearing for the State respondents files a report dated 16th March, 2021 to contend that the process of granting the aforesaid land loser certificate is in progress and the same would be completed after appropriate field verification in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, W.P.A. 4716 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the State respondents to complete the aforesaid process in terms of the report dated 16th March, 2021 within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
