Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are similarly situated with that of the coaccused who was granted anticipatory bail on December 9, 2020 in CRM 10050 of 2020.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners are absconding in excess of one and half years. The police submitted charge sheet.

There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioners. The other co-accused who was granted anticipatory bail approached the Court prior to the filing of the charge sheet. The petitioners are absconding till date.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the long absconsion of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1101 of 2022 is dismissed.
