1) Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners is failure on the part of the concerned police authority to register FIR based on complaint lodged by petitioner no.1.

2) Learned advocate representing the State respondents has placed before this Court a communication dated 11th March, 2026 of Inspectorin-Charge of Nakashipara Police Station, Nadia and same is taken on record.

3) On perusal of said communication dated 11th March, 2026, it appears that based on complaint lodged by petitioner no. 1 a criminal proceeding was initiated being Nakashipara Police Station Case No. 230/2026 dated 11th March, 2026.

4) In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority by initiating aforesaid criminal proceeding, it appears that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.

5) No further order need be passed in the writ petition.

6) Writ petition stands disposed of.

7) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
