This is a contempt application filed on March 18, 2000 under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking punishment of the contemners/ respondents concerned in the writ petition for non-compliance of an order dated August 6, 1999 passed in WP No.6699(W) of 1999. Since filing of the contempt application, none moved to press it.

I feel that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the application on hand.
