For the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-furnishing of the land loser certificate from the State authorities. Mr. Dhole learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the application for obtaining land loser certificate has been received by the State respondents and the same would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the State respondents, W.P.A. 4724 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the State respondents to consider and dispose of the application for obtaining land loser certificate made on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law positively

within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
