Mrs. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, her client seeks direction for payment of bill amount in installment.

There can be no order in contempt jurisdiction apart from the matter of compliance or cognizance of contempt. As such, Court is satisfied there has been compliance and the apology is accepted. Applicant is at liberty to apply to the Corporation for relief of installments, to liquidate the bill amount.
