Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects detected therein and prays for liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
