The petitioner has challenged a decision given by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) dated 14th October, 2021. This decision was given in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P. 21884(W) of 2019.

The fundamental point for which the petitioner's prayer for approving her service from the date of joining has been rejected is that the prior permission for appointment of teacher was not given by the then District Inspector of Schools to recruit teacher against the vacant post created by retirement of Chanda Sharma.

In the whole of the writ petition, this has not been disputed and there is no ground challenging the decision of the said District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education).

Hence, I do not find any merit in the writ application and I dismiss the writ application.

The petitioner shall have liberty to file civil suit if she is so advised.
