It appears from the averments and prayers made in the writ petition that the same relates to an unauthorised construction carried on at the behest of the private respondent at premises no. 4N, Rashmoni Bazar Road, P.S. Beliaghata. The issue of unauthorised construction cannot be settled in between the parties.

The Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation or his delegate is directed to take all necessary steps against the

unauthorised construction standing at the aforesaid premises in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously, on compliance of usual legal formalities.
