The enclosed documents in the revisional application do not inspire confidence of this Court and there are allegations in the complaint itself by the complainant who has denied his signature having been made and his property being transferred. The investigation of the case is in progress. Let the investigating agency take the investigation to its logical conclusion after assessing the genuineness of the allegation made in the complaint. To that effect, the investigating authority would take into account the documents available at the office of the Registrar/SubRegistrar, the identification of the persons, their photographs and the source of money which was transferred to the complainant before arriving at their final opinion for submitting report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 684 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
