Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this revisional application has been assailed challenging the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in connection with J. Misc. Case No. 43 of 2019 by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Additional Court, Contai.

It is further submitted that pre-emption Misc. Case has already been disposed of by the learned Trial Court. Therefore, the instant revisional application becomes infructuous.

That being the position, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed. 4.
