Petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 24.1.2018 being Annexure F to the writ petition passed by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), South 24 Parganas being respondent No. 5 rejecting the claim of the petitioner of higher scale of pay.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by giving opportunity to the petitioner to make representation before the respondent No. 5 against the aforesaid impugned order dated 24.01.2018 within two weeks and if such representation is made before the respondent No. 5 within two weeks, respondent No. 5 shall consider and dispose of his representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 3120 of 2019 is disposed of.
