1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. An application filed online for transfer by the petitioner has been rejected by the school authority for the reason of ineligibility thereof due to inconsistency in studentsteacher ratio.

3. Subsequently, the petitioner has other cause of actions on the basis of which he desired to file fresh application for transfer.

4. Parties are represented.

5. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties it appears that so far as this writ petition is concerned, the same can be disposed of being infructuous as the application filed by the petitioner on September 18, 2021 has been duly disposed of by the school authority and an order has been passed on September 30, 2021.

6. Hence, the writ petition being WPA No. 4114 of 2023 is disposed of being infructuous.

7. However, let it be mentioned that the petitioner may file further application in accordance with law in which the

case, the respondents shall be obliged to consider the same also in accordance with law.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
