In compliance with order dated 29.06.2022 Administrative Notice was issued to the petitioners through the concerned police stations. Report received from the Learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) indicating that notice had been served upon all the petitioners through Chakdaha Police Station. The report is taken on record. The petitioners filed this application under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the complaint case being, C. Case No.382 of 2015 dated 28.09.215 and 04.01.2016 under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Learned Judicial Magistrate at Kalyani, Nadia. Since no one has appeared for the petitioners, the revisional application for quashing of the proceeding is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
