The petitioner is an accused in a case under the NDPS Act. In pursuance to notice after filing of the charge-sheet petitioner did not appear. Thereafter, warrant of arrest was issued. The Inquiry Officer submitted non-execution report before the Trial Court and prayed for issuance of warrant of proclamation. The learned Trial Court considering the nonexecution report issued warrant of proclamation against the accused.

I do not find any irregularity in the order to warrant interference by the revisional Court. Accordingly, the instant revision is summarily dismissed.
