1. None appears for the parties.

2. Contempt Rule was issued by the coordinate Bench on September 21, 2011 for violating the order dated November 26, 2010 passed in FMA 832 of 2010.

3. There is a report dated February 11, 2013 which states that, requisites were not put in by the petitioiner.

4. In view of passage of time from the date of issuance of Rule till date, and since no steps were taken, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the Contempt Rule pending.

5. In such circumstances, CRC of 2011 is discharged.

6. Connected applications, if there be any, are dismissed for default.
