It appears from the report that the 2nd petitioner attended a blood donation camp held on 12th August, 2025 within the jurisdiction of Ekbalpur Police Station and has thereby violated the bail condition imposed upon him. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to use an affidavit denying the said allegation and stating the fact. Learned counsel submits that the 2nd petitioner attended the blood donation camp organised by the club within the jurisdiction of Watganj Police Station. However, the 1st petitioner appears to have complied with the bail conditions imposed upon him.

The interim order qua the 1st petitioner is extended till 30th November, 2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Let the matter appear under the same heading on 14th November, 2025.

The interim order in so far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, is extended till the adjourned date. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
