Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Petitioner is being investigated in respect of offences of forgery and falsification of documents.

It appears that the petitioner submitted documents which are not genuine so as to establish his illness in order to facilitate a near relative of the petitioner to obtain government job. In such circumstances, protecting the petitioner with a prearrest bail at this stage will be inimical to the investigation. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 774 of 2023 is dismissed.
