Mr. Vivekananda Bose ...for the Petitioner 04-07-2024 AKG Ct. 15 This writ petition was filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to allow him to participate in the selection process for Sub Assistant Engineer under Asansol Municipal Corporation. The petitioner was not allowed to participate in the selection process, inter alia, on the ground that he was aged barred.

During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the selection process. The petitioner submits that he was not successful in the ultimate selection.

In the aforesaid facts, I do not see any justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 3134 of 2019 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
