However, State respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates.

Prayer for accommodation made on behalf of the petitioner stands refused since matter was taken up for consideration on 19th March, 2025 when learned advocate who was representing the petitioner prayed for accommodation to come ready.

On perusal of prayer "a" of the writ petition, it appears that petitioner made an attempt to raise grievance in connection with

Teacher Eligibility Test (Upper Primary), 2015 as well as 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teachers for Classes IX & X and XI & XII. Roll Numbers of the petitioner in connection with her participation in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (IX & X) and (XI & XII) are also disclosed.

Learned advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that entire selection process that is 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment of Assistant Teachers for Classes (IX & X) and (XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Since entire selection process has been set aside, no relief can be granted to petitioner. Writ Petition stands dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
