Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 110 days. The police filed charge sheet. Therefore, further detention of the petitioners are not required. Two other co-accuseds were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for Central Bureau of Investigation draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the statements of one of the eye-witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

In the statements of the eye-witness recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, all the

petitioners are named as the persons who are involved in the incident of murder.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (DB) 634 of 2022 is dismissed.
