I have perused the allegations made in the complaint as well as the statement of the witnesses which were recorded in course of investigation by the Investigating Officer of the case. The subject matter of the revisional application is based on certain other reference of cases and counter cases. I have considered the nature of the allegations appearing in evidence. Having regard to the provisions of Section 30 of the POCSO Act, I am not inclined to interfere with the present proceedings. Accordingly, CRR 416 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
