Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in October, 2023. 100 bottles of phensedyl syrup were recovered from the petitioer. There is no change in circumstance since rejection of bail by this Court in October, 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
