The writ petitioners are aggrieved that notwithstanding the decree dated 3rd April, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Uluberia in T. S. No. 290 of 2014, the private respondents are obstructing enjoyment of their land. It is submitted that the private respondents are seeking to effect construction over the said property belonging to the petitioners.

The petitioners' remedy is to seek execution of the decree in accordance with law.

The O. C., Bauria Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
